Basic Requirement Across All Roles:
• Minimum: BSc. / HND in Business Administration or relevant role
• Professional Certification in Business Administration or any relevant discipline
• Prior Experience in a Fintech company is an advantage.
• Prior experience in management of large database field employees
NB: Excel proficiency is a MUST for all Senior Roles.

(OPERATIONS/BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT TEAM)
1. Operations Support Officer(1 year experience)
2. Regional Managers (3 to 5 years experience)
3. Business Development Officer ( 1 to 2 years experience)
4. Business Development Manager (2 to 4 years experience)
