this info is misleading, this is less of a prevalence rate and more of an awareness success rate

Misleading data, so they want me to believe that, Lagos that has the highest population of people,brothels, prostitutes all over the country has lower prevalent rate than very cool Enugu? I was born and brought up in Enugu I haven’t even seen a person with HIV for almost 30years this is just audio statistics..
