Job Title: Chief Baker

Location: Sango Ota, Ogun State

Requirements
Have 2 to 5 years of related work experience is acceptable.
Experience in overseeing and supervising the Baking process from start to finish.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills as performance monitoring will be done every quarter.
The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, goal-oriented and must be able to work largely unsupervised.
Must have outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
High level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
Understand modern bread-making processes and can work without supervision.
Adjust batch recipe where necessary and reduce waste to the barest minimum.
Ensure that product quality is not compromised at all time through strict compliance to appropriate systems and procedures.
Bake different types/shapes of bread; Rose, Pullman, fruit, sardine, cocoanut, seed, nut, etc.
Set up the oven temperature to achieve proper bake.
Ability to operate any bread making equipment.
Ensure good housekeeping is maintained in the bakery at all times.
Designing and improving recipes.
Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make baked goods, such as cookies, bread, cakes, etc.
Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls.
Other duties as assigned by management.
