I’d really like to know what the guidelines are for acquiring a customized number plate in Nigeria. Is spell checking what is put on a custom number plate a thing? I’m not allowed to put whatever I want?

I was curious when the news about a lawmaker’s custom number plate trended and I kept wondering why people were talking about it.
