In catholicism all unbaptised persons can't enter heaven, but those that don't deserve hell will just end up in purgatory.
Though i think the Pope and Catholic church have changed their position on this.

You are not serious! Baptism is merely a public sign of having accepted Jesus, what matters is whether the person has truly repented or not.

Coming up out of the water is a symbol of having been born again into your new life as a Christian. You can't be denied entry to heaven because of a symbolic ritual

A baby or a minor cannot be judged by God because they haven't reached that age of decision-making.

That's why I personally fault infant baptism as practiced by Christendom today. No infant was ever baptised in the bible
