I personally love Solskjaer to death because of what he did in 99 but as a coach I seriously have big doubts about his ability. When you look at the United coaching bench you see Solskjaer,Carrick,Phelan and McKenna. Do they look like a team of coaches that can really turn a game around?? Do they inspire confidence in the players?? It is just a consortium of United old boys club.
I think the board will give Solskjaer till the end of the season and then they will axe him.

That is the problem with Solskjaer. He had the game in the bag with a few minutes to go then he makes that erratic substitution of Martial for Tuanzebe and gives away two points.
At 3-2, a more knowledgeable coach would see out the win.
