I remember how depressed I was when I got my call-up letter. It read Edo state. I was so disappointed that there was barely anything that could make me happy.

I wanted Ogun state badly so I could be close to Lagos and breeze in and out for events. But NYSC wanted to rain on my parade. So I took it in good faith and started to prepare for camp.
