Twitter users are reacting in disbelief after a shocking video showing a woman undergoing an extreme measure to bleach her skin surfaced online.

In a clip making rounds, the woman can be seen laying nearly naked in a bathtub filled with water, while an attendant can also be seen exfoliating her legs.
