With reference to this trend below , i contacted Jumia and the item was scheduled for return. After exactly 9days today, i was refunded in full. I have used the refunded money to place order for another Iphone XR now because i neeed a phone and this phone issue has caused me alot of inconveniences. I hope thiss new order goes well too.
