Nagging isn't exclusive to the female gender. All narcissists (male and female) automatically nag because of their innate selfish, insatiable and hypocritically pious nature. So, a narcissistic nagging girlfriend will automatically become a narcissistic nagging wife, just as a narcissistic nagging boyfriend will automatically become a narcissistic nagging husband.

Also egoists, through their insatiable, perfidious, unscrupulous and exploitative attitude/nature, do easily turn their humane benefactors or companions to nags too, especially naive benefactors who don't know how to relate with them safely.

In summary, a nag can be a narcissist or an abused humane person, subject to circumstances.
