The Human Resource Executive reports directly to the Head, Human Capital Management and will use his/her expertise and knowledge of industry practices to direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees. Continually educate employees on company policies, keep employee handbook, monitor employees’ progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture.
