The Federal high court in Owerri sat on Friday,December 6,2019 to oredered the forfeiture of a sum of N1.5 billion for an Hospital fund traced to an aide of the former Imo state Governor and Senator representing Imo state,The person of Rochas Okorocha.

The Judge,Justice T.G Ringin ordered the forfeiture of the hospital after Pascal Obija serving members of the house of representatives denied owning the hospital.The application for the final forfeiture.
