Bros, make i advise you... the first step out of it is to escape boredom. Find something doing, learn new things that would take ur time.

Always stay among people, don't stay alone. If possible, don't sleep alone in a room. Anytime d urge starts, enter street, go play, play football do things dat will keep u among people.
