17 trips of 10tons is quite impressive for such size of building. Was expecting nothing less 23 trips. This is good. Is this the usual red filling sand?

5inches thick, 70bags of cement was used .
Labour cost is N75,000

We used about 300blocks for this foundation.
It is a 2bedroom bungalow, with living room,kitchen, visitors toilet, the two rooms are all ensuite.
We had to build the boys quarters on the other side of the two plots because after erecting the main building the space left couldn’t accommodate the 2bedroom boys quarters.
