I just finish washing he's room waiting for it to dry so that I will remove the chain and get it back inside , that my leg is whitish because I was packing cement after washing he's house

don't mind him abeg, your dog is nice, the legs were obviously wet and I don't see anything wrong with the grooming.

No oo you should train your dog appropriately which also includes training it where to pee/poop even though the dog is an "outside dog" and also the dog is looking very dirty so a bath should be in order. Also, he should check for ticks and lice cause those tiny spots on the legs are looking one kyn
