We have different kinds of tumor, cancerous and non cancerous tumor. If it's non cancerous tumor then, surgery can remove it but, if it is the other one(cancerous), he will still do biopsy test to confirm it. After that, he will be placed on chemotherapy for weeks and then surgery. Good luck

Please Medical personnel in the house, I will need your help. A friend has this lump in the chest close to the neck, he has gone for different test. He was later asked to do CT scan which he did and they said it is Tumor.
