Please house, If I resigned from my job by giving the mandatory one month notice of resignation, am I not entitle to my salary for the period of notice. The contract stipulates that I give one month notice or pay one month salary in lieu of notice. Also, what happens if I decided to give a shorter notice of I didn't give at all. |

You should at least get paid for your work till you resign... But, again it depends on your boss. Some might get angry cos you resigned |
