Sorry for the pain. Meanwhile, before anything boil water and put it inside bucket, add plenty SALT inside too then cover your body down. Sit on it for a while. The only advice you need is the one from a Qualified Medical Doctor (preferably a Surgeon). I do not know it all but I also heard different scary stories before I summoned courage to undergo a surgical operation many years ago, so I know its farce. YES! I once had it. Even doctors on this forum know that it is against their practice to prescribe medication without proper physical examination. You are at liberty to visit a private hospital but I'd advice you make your way to a Govt Hospital where you'd have qualified consultants examine you. **About the 3-4minutes track event, Haba... Na 1 hour you wan do (try pity the babe) before you go know say you don perform  *Modified- It's not every situation that ends with an operation. Your condition is normal when their is too much sugar stored in the body system, and their are various sources of sugar, even through foods aside direct consumption. Here, it's simple, "look out for those that sells herbs, and buy muru (it's the bark of a particular kind of tree that's been processed). It's as bitter as hell, warning!!! But resolves your kind of problem like the heavens. The normal processing is soaking in water to dissolve and take a short first in the morning before food, and it will detoxify your body system (but you could break a piece like the size of a bean and swallo it with water to avoid contact with the inside of your mouth, that will help you escape the hell-bitter taste as you'd enjoy the heaven reliefs of it).
