Police IG Gives Strong Order To AIGs, CPs Ahead Of Christmas, New Year The Inspector-General of Police, Mohammed Adamu, has instructed AIGs and CPs of Police to put more effort in preventing the occurance of crime in their commands. In a statement made available to newsmen by Police Spokesperson, Frank MBA, assured that the instruction was in accordance with the effort to achieve tranquil Christmas and New Year Celebrations. The IGP comfimed the deployment of officers in major roads/highways, recreational centres, motor parks, worshipping places, Banks, govt institutions as well as private institutions.
