Though i have a little reservation about havannah, Tell me about the flat, are the rooms ensuite?, how many toilets and bathrooms are there?, and wot is the total package?

D flat is d bq to a yet 2 be completed 6 numbers 2 bedroom flats. There's also a mini flat bq there wc is already being occupied by a young gentle man. So at d moment, there would be just 2 tenants in there until d 6 numbers of 2 bedroom flats are completed & people moving into them.

Just one of d rooms is ensuite, i.e.- 2 toilets/2 baths.

Rent:- N300,000:00k x 2 years = N600,000:00k
Legal fee:- 10% = N60,000:00k
Agency fee:- 10% = N60,000:00k
Caution fee:- N60,000:00k (Refundable)
Service charge:- N50,000:00k

Total package:- N830,000:00k

Thank God i didnt waste my money in calling you or my time on inspection. I can get a better deal within lagos.this is one reason why i dislike agents.A friend of mine got a lovely 2 bedroom flat in journalist estate this same arepo for 280k just some months ago directly from the landlord and he paid for just one year !!, I mean the total pakage was 280k.

Since U look 4 a one year option, I would have thot dat U'll show how serious U are about it by coming around or at least making efforts 2 negotiate wit us. Come 2 think of it: from d breakdown I submitted 2 U, what is/are 2 be paid or not 2 be paid wen one is 2 pay 4 a new place of abode? Is it d 10% Legal fee, d 10% Agency fee (which are non negotiable), d 10% Caution fee (which is negotiable & refundable @ d end of a successful tenancy) or the service charge (abi na U go dey sweep d compound, pack d dust bin, pay d security charges?).

Bros, N300k for a 2 bedroom flat in Arepo is not too much. Go & make your findings. D property is still open 4 U should U feel U need it.
