The selfishness in human nature tends to make us focus on magnifying the weaknesses in our partners. It justifies action whether right or wrong without accepting responsibility for the outcome of action taken.

Always remember that you and your partner have weaknesses.

Look more into leveraging each other’s strength rather than tearing each other down because of your weaknesses.
