I want to start learning web development.. please can i start without a laptop??
I need suggestions on where to start from..
I have downloaded some materials on HTML already.

Go and buy laptop oga

Even though you can do some Html n css shit on mobile, it will slow you down.

You know how many keystrokes you'll go daily with mobile? when there are shortcuts on all desktop text editors.

Get a mini lappy or 15' screen ma guy

You can get a cheap mini laptop in the Market less than 20k, I can provide you with free and paid tutorials and ebook, to begin with on phone while you get the pc
