I am experiencing the same thing and it can very severe - it is stress your system is telling you - you need to take a break sleep don't think about issues - what works for me may not necessarily work for you but take multivitamins not the cheap 200bucks for a satchet type O! And not the fake forever living type - types like supradyn, centrium and you are good to go by the next morning -

Doctors would long the matter, like you see above someone is already associating a headache, obvious when you feel pain close to the head you would have a slight -mild headache, I can see back challenges, not sleeping well a certain position -Haba!!! They don't understand you woke up and gbam there it was, to turn to the left using your chin to touch you shoulder is a challenge you massage behind your neck towards your back region on the left, you can practically touch the spot you press the pain subsides and immediately your hand is off the spot, you feel the pain, once you turn your neck, you sometimes feel relieved if you are in the sun etc can you see the malaria you treated was not malaria, it was stress, and a slight rise in your BP, which our Nigerian doctors would diagnose another different thing for - they fail to realize that, you know when you did not sleep in the right position, and that kind of pain is different from this one, so why do they love enlarging a stress related issue or misdiagnosizing issues

It is extremely unfortunate that you will be condemning what you know nothing about. ....although I was like you at some point in my life until God set me free from my mind set and i got information and experienced recommending supplements for someone who was suffering from arthritis and pain subsided within a few days of taking the recommended supplements.

you mentioned 'fake forever living' I can tell you for free that for almost 4 years running now, I have not taken as simple or as little as panadol or paracetamol for any ailment whatsoever. You are free to possibly defend your product, but this is not to distort the fact, I am also above ** and I am telling you based on facts, experience and based on the use for this particular issue he is making reference to, as I am typing I had to go and buy the tablets and the pain I have been feeling for 3days between 1pm this afternoon and as I am typing has significantly gone - I am not just talking I have tried all these so called supplements and the results speak for itself, for this particular neck issue when it happens to me.
