Yes, a few hours from now, we will enter into a new year and a new decade.

Vision 2020 is an economic blue print mapped out years ago, aimed at making Nigeria one of the largest 20 economies in the world by the year 2020.

Now, 2020 is a few hours away. How far have we gone in actualizing this vision?

Nigeria is the largest audio economy in the world. One thing about Nigeria is this misconception that Nigeria is Rich. You hear that among Nigerians and among every average Joe overseas. No the truth is that Nigeria is a poor country. Nigeria makes less than 40 billion dollars in oil revenue. yearly and when you take out production costs, we have only 29 billion dollars to spend in our budget which is smaller than a lot of u.s. states.

Nigeria is not structurally functionable. The is too much division among the people and politicians will always exploit this. Look at Ganduje and Tinubu, they are both crooks. There is video evidence. But because they have tribal backing and in power, they are untouchable. Meanwhile the poor man suffers.

Look at deji adeyanju. Buhari the northern president did a lot wrong by illegally detaining sowore after he was granted bail. Deji a Southerner goes to protest and northerners beats him up.

Best thing for nigeria is to keep sharing the oil revenue but to split because it is unworkable

I have been thinking of that advert then about vision 2020. but lo and behold vision 2020 died long time ago. the best thing for us is to have individaul vision of our own and then pray to God to change the situation of the country. our collective can actually take nigeria to our desirable condition.

The vision 2020 is about my personal life, Nigeria with blind leaders is talking about vision, 9ja should be aiming vision 2090 not audio vision..... The vision 2020 Nigeria is talking about is Olamide vision 2020 mp4, not the real vision
