Or keep scrolling until you find the luna filter.
Also you might need to download some more presets by clicking the down facing arrow if there's any prompt.
When I downloaded that's when I got the snow preset, didn't get a night one

Just check the filters if you'll find the luna filter. That's the one I used or you can try others.
