Mino Raiola has revealed why Erling Haaland rejected Manchester United to join Borrussia Dortmund despite being close to Man Utd move

Manchester United Manager, Ole Gunnar Solksjaer was Keen to secure January move for the Norwegian striker who has scored and impressive 24 goals in 22 appearances for the Red Bull Salzburg this season.

But Dortmund won the race to secure Haaland signature, with the German club confirming on Sunday that the teenage striker has pend a four and half years deal until 2024.

” He chose Borrussia Dortmund ahead of them and other clubs and I am happy because he went to the club he wanted to go.

” If he decides to chose Manchester United I won’t have obliged to take him there but he didn’t”
