There is a popular saying that charity begins at home. But for the Governor of Anambra State, Willie Obiano and his wife Ebelechukwu Obiano (Osodieme),
charity is better done in a distant shore as the wife of the Governor was recently caught in far away, Houston USA showering money, gifts, and food to the America homeless.

Many respondents have described the act as unimaginable and ridiculous, more especially at this point in time when poverty, hunger and lack are ravaging the greater number of Nigerians.

A respondent while speaking to this online platform wondered why Obiano and his wife would always be in the news for the wrong reason.
