As usual, nice job and excellent photography. One thing I am not clear with, is how to factor in storm water and waste pipes, seeing that the deck is completed without those pipes in place. |

yousee: In this plumbing plan, we are choosing to do the surface piping for waste with surface pipes. Due to the position of the rest rooms and the kitchen, and the number of people expected to live in this house, we are planning a building which will not have maintenance issues because you don't know who will live in a house with many occupants like this. 3 Likes |

Well done. Will these be finished in a state tenants can move in immediately? Bathroom/kitchen fittings etc? Also, have you finalised the additional charges? |
