This is commendable. Well done mr President sir and mr. Fashola. We need more of this in every state, especially Lagos. A should be given that nobody should be allocated more than one unit so that the allocation would not be hijacked by the rich and influential.

I can bet it with my life, d allocation will be hijack by d bigwig, just 2-5% of low income earner will get ds allocation.

This is a good development, look at decent apartments. Next, government imposed tax on luxurious real estates that are piling up our cities without real occupants.

Well I dont think so.. a quick math shows each flat would cost approximately 4.8 million. If you multiply that by 8 flats in one block, each block would cost approximately 38M. With the minimal finishing as seen in the pictures, and leveraging on numbers, isn't it plausible??
