More of this on FP please not Regina, Tacha, Naira Marley and the rest of them. So many views but few comments. Meaning only few people can help their children with assignments. So they are running away from this thread like it's a plague grin

Upper triangle na perfect square. Multiply by number below gives the number at the apex of the triangle. Simple
thus these are your answers

6=121
7=1....as no one no answer
8=117
9=9

Second one. The two right numbers added together multiplied by 3 will give you the answer on the right. MI o le wa ku

For first sample

Top divided by bottom = first step
First step answer times itself = middle

Re: Please I Need Help In Solving This Quantitative Reasoning For Primary 6 by zekepio(m): 9:56am On Jan 06, 2020
It's quite simple.
Top value divided by the down value then the square of the result will give you the middle value.

Examples:
12/4 =3.... 3^2 =9

30/5=6..... 6^2 =36

16/2=8..... 8^2= 64

Should I proceed to solve all the problems? wink

Anyway

6. √121 * 11 = 121 A

7. 2/√4= 1 ( no answer)

8. √169 * 9 = 117 B

9. (3/1)² = 9 E

Test 3

1. 20²-17² =111 (No answer)

2. √(40+9²) = 11 A

3. 30²-25² = 275 E

4. 8²-7²= 15

It's square root ma. The lowest number is multiplied by the square root of the number above and the answer is the number on the triangle cheesy

E.g first diagram is 4*root of 9 = 12, where root of 9 is 3

Hope it is clear

3*3 = 9
Hence mutiply 3*4=12

6*6=36
Multiply 6 *5=30

Just find the square root and multiply by the lower number..shikena!

E.g for no 6
Square root of 121 is 11 hence 11* 11 is 121.. Answer is 121

To get the answer find the HCF of the number in the yellow box and multiply it by the number in red box e.g. HCF of 9 = 3 multiply by 4 =12,
HCF of 36 =6 multiply by 5 =30
HCF of 64 = 8 multiply by 2 = 16
poblem solved cool

1. check the difference between the up and down figures. in the examples it is 3 in some it may not be
2.Add up the 2 figures and multiply ur answer (ie, the difference) by it to get the other square
