There's a new way Opay Riders are cheating people. They answer your request for a ride but the won't pick you up. They'll ride empty and charge you. This is really unfair. I experienced this in Kaduna and someone else experienced it in Kwara State. The app should be modified. Only the Passenger should be able to activate the ride.
