Invest in their lives with the sum of 500,000 in naira each. You will end up pulling out of poverty 11,000 youths living in poverty. Then go in search for other people who has that amount or more in their accounts and replicate. We can't have monies lying dormant. Money must be in circulation. I hate nonsense attitude.
