If Iran refuses to release the Black Box (Flight data recorder) to its manufacturer Boeing being an American company with perhaps American interest, they should at least release it to Ukraine which is the country of origin of the aircraft to determine what happened to one of its registered aircrafts.

Wrong! Boeing or the manufacturer would normally get the Black Box. Reports and results of forensics will then be released to the Airline.

Anything short is inviting trouble. That the Iranian got to the crash site and moved the Black Box so swiftly rather than guard the crash site only implies they are responsible.
