Just gather enough money close to 15m and make sure you no carry any disease like HIV, gono, staph e.t.c because' if your lab test comes out and such disease is mentioned omo they will kick you out tho its only for student visa.

Please when did the person that they invited for the interview book
expensive but it is worth it.
Nigeria never cast, the issue is only the backlog.
My friend's wife just got an invite for a family reunion. She has been on this journey for a while to meet with him in Germany,
Her interview is next month.
Though a family reunion is different from Student Visa, visa appointments are still being given.
I speak facts only.

It's the lack of AD that's making me talk like that. But we hope for the best.

I applied to a school that requires me to submit a letter of motivation and the application is via the Uni-assist, but the fear that Uni-assist might send the letter to another institution of my interest made me not upload the letter.
I contacted the school about it lately, but the school refused to accept it from me because the application has closed.
I'm increasingly worried about how this will affect my application.
Then today, just seeing the one year waiting period for Cat B. How bad!

It's been a minute since I have logged in here. Phew! My 3.5-year journey to get a bachelor's degree is coming to an end in a couple of months
I will be moving on to the next phase of my life and wanted to drop some helpful tips for anyone who may be interested. I have read how stringent the German embassy has become in trying to curb the number of students leaving for Germany but I think I may be able to give some helpful tips.
I will be done with my bachelor's degree in a couple of months and will be starting a dual-master program later in the year. The university is a private university so tuition fees must be paid. However, it will be a job-integrated program which means that you will also work and be paid for the entire duration of the program. The company is obliged to pay you a salary and also pay about 80% of the tuition fees and you will only have to pay a small amount to balance it which can be taken from the salary you earn.
This could be useful in bumping you from a Category B to Category A because the amount that is paid to you will be given to you in form of a scholarship and you can present that to the embassy. The university does not follow the regular German rules for grading and admission so no Uni-assist needed, no minimum GPA, no English test, and many others. However, note that what the university absolutely requires is some form of previous work experience prior to applying. If you have no work experience, I strongly do not recommend you applying because I am highly certain you will be rejected. I got in because I have been in working student positions since I arrived in Germany 3 years ago, but I do not think you need a lot of work experience to qualify. Also, note that they have a rigorous admission process and make sure they admit only the top 20% of applicants.
If you pass the interview process, you will then be admitted to their talent pool where they have many job offers from various companies in various fields that you can apply for. Once you apply and are interviewed by the prospective company and then offered a position, then you can use that to apply for a visa, stating that you have a scholarship. Also note that most positions advertised require German but you could be lucky to see job positions that do not require German like I got.
They have an International Management program and a double degree for a master's/MBA (which is what I applied for and was admitted).
If this sounds interesting to you, I invite you to check the school website here: https://sibe-edu.com/programs/
I wish you all very good success and hope your dreams of seeking a better life come to fruition. If you have any questions, feel free to send me an email.

They are multiple choice questions..But the main issue is the time...The time is too too little ..[/quote Hi, how long does it take you to get an admission after the written test.

Germany is really getting back to normal right now and the wave of Corona virus is reducing dramatically which means more visa appointment is expected.
When last did someone get appointment for category B in this thread and if possible mention the date you applied for visa interview.
This is exactly what we were doing then in other to encourage and motivate those still expecting AD.
The more you share testimony the better and more lively the thread becomes.
Or does it mean that people are still not getting category B appointments for winter 2021?

Now you are meant to send to various schools since you are applying to a lot.
Upload all required documents on Uniassist, if there is an issue, they would send you a message.
Cutting the long story short.
If you have someone in Germany send your documents to them via DHL then the person can help sort and post them to these various schools (i.e those that are not on Uniassist). This is a cost-effective way of applying.
I hope you do not mind me asking if you have some working experience cos I hear they drill those doing Masters that are not related to their first degree well. I would advise you to also apply to QS-related Masters, when you are in you can do an MBA. It is up to you anyway.
