Kadick Integrated Limited is an evolving technology company with interests in distribution of telecommunications products, financial inclusion, property development, etc. The company urgently requires the services of the following:

a. Business Development Executive
b. Confidential Secretary/Office Admin
c. Social Media Coordinator


Business Development Executive (KD001HQ)


In a bid to expand its customer base within Lagos Island, Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Lekki and environs, it urgently requires the services of a vibrant, self-driven and experienced Business Development Executive to oversee the spread of her distribution technology in the stated areas.

The Person

The business development executive will focus on customer acquisition, lead generation, and prospect management, as this role will garner and meet with potential clients. The business development executive will be responsible to research client business referrals, network, and web leads; provide prospective customers/clients with all services offered and additional presentations as needed, and work with clients to create solutions for their needs and consult throughout the sales process. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue.

Duties and Responsibilities

 Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities;
 Coordinating business generation activities;
 Developing customized targeted sales strategies;
 Building business relationships with all clients;
 Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support;
 Creating informative presentations;
 Presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences;
 Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database of prospective client information;
 Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients;
 Closing sales and working with the client through the closing process;
 Meeting or exceeding sales goals – monthly, quarterly or annually;
 Managing short- and long-term business development plans.

Requirements and Qualifications

 Experience with lead generation and prospect management;
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers;
 Persuasive and goal-oriented;
 Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanour;
 Able to professionally and confidently communicate with senior level executives;
 previous experience in an outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience;
 knowledge of sales process from initiation to close;
 Excellent analytical and time-management skills;
 Demonstrated and proven sales results;
 Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team;
 Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).


Confidential Secretary/Office Admin (KD002HQ)

The confidential secretary, who should be preferably female, shall be required to perform a multitude of tasks that keep office operations flowing. Premium shall be placed on trustworthiness when hiring for this position. The job requires dealing with sensitive or personal information, including employee files and other company documents and shall serve top management while working directly with the Managing Director. The job is full time and hours are standard, though extra hours may be necessary during particularly busy periods or as deadlines near.

Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate should be able to:

 Handle Confidential Material: documents that shouldn’t be seen by just anyone in the office. Actions may include typing a manager’s personal correspondence, filing sensitive paperwork, pulling figures that aren’t readily available, opening certain types of mail, updating budgets, reconciling credit card statements, managing employee files, and compiling internal reports.
 Attend Meetings: must be trusted to perform tasks without disclosing what they see or hear, take minutes, type documents and possibly make presentations.
 Oversee Others: monitor other office helpers (office assistants, security guards, drivers, etc.). May be required to assign tasks, train new hires, and give feedback. The ability to provide clear instructions is a must.
 Give Office Support: shall be depended on to be a team player capable of doing whatever is necessary to help the organization run smoothly - answering phones, assisting with mailings, greeting guests, handling travel arrangements, organizing schedules, etc.

Skills and Qualifications

Confidential Secretary must shun gossip, respect the privacy of others, and must not dream of leaving sensitive documents just sitting out in the open. Other essential skills include:

 Multitasking skills – duties often managed simultaneously throughout the day; candidates must be able to prioritize tasks
 Communications – excellent speaking and writing skills in English are required.
 Attention to detail – tasks are required to be carried out with very minimal errors. Proofreading text and double-checking figures is crucial
 Collaboration skills – the ability to work well with people at various levels within the organization is a must
 Listening skills – the incumbent is required to listen carefully to orders and carry them out to appropriately
 Computer proficiency – working knowledge and proficiency in the use of Microsoft office package, specifically word, excel, and PowerPoint, is required.
 Professionalism – as someone who often acts for and on behalf of top management, candidate should dress appropriately, possess exceptional manners, and aim to consistently reflect well and positively portray the company brand.

Education and Training


Minimum of National Diploma in Communications, Office Management or related fields is required. Expertise in computer usage and office procedures with a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience, in a similar position is required.

Social Media Coordinator (KD003HQ)

The job basically requires the incumbent to create and maintain a strong online presence for the company and also implement online marketing strategies through social media accounts.

The Social media coordinator will develop original content and suggest creative ways to attract more customers and promote company brand. He/she should be able to increase web traffic and customer engagement metrics aligned with broader marketing strategies.
To achieve this, the following is required:
• Research audience preferences and discover current trends
• Create engaging text, image and video content
• Design posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and create buzz around new products

Specific Responsibilities

• Research audience preferences and discover current trends
• Create engaging text, image and video content
• Design posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and create buzz around new products
• Measure web traffic and monitor SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
• Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
• Train co-workers to use social media in a cohesive and beneficial way
• Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries
• Report on online reviews and feedback from customers and fans
• Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics
• Oversee social media accounts’ layout
• Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Social media coordinator
• Expertise in multiple social media platforms
• In-depth knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
• Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels
• Ability to gasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively
• Excellent communication skills
• Multitasking and analytical skills
• BSc degree in Marketing, New media or relevant field

Salary

Salary for all positions are within industry standard and negotiable.
