Note: I will strongly advise against buying followers if you are going to be marketing products later. Buying followers will give you irrational activities, imagine you have 200k followers and you are having only 5 comments and 100likes on your posts because most of the followers are not interested in your content if half are not even bots. Organically grow the followers, it always pays off

- you need to harness the power of hashtags #
start by posting like 10 posts, with the following hashtags #foodie #foodporn #africanfoodnetwork #yummy #naijafood #mykitchen #icook #nigerianfood #nigeria #africafoods #trending etc - this will give organic followers say 5-6 daily or more if you post more

- Go to the food section, there is a very active thread " cook in your kitchen and post " start posting very nice meals made by the owner of the account and put the link to your Instagram under your posts this should add some followers if you are consistent.


- follow this handles @tundeednut @instablog9ja @sisijemimah @naijafoods @shola.jay @ifys.kitchen @foodace , now when this guys post , go to there comment section and say something reasonable and funny about the post and end it with "learn to make the most delicious egusi ever, if e no sweet gimme slap" or something like that. Always post something reasonable to the post o else you it will be considered spamming


- go on twitter and jump on the trending bandwagon, register on twitter, post nice meal pictures, in the caption add the trending words, as of now

Caption your pictures like this " Forget bobrisky, Mercy, Tacha #BBnaija, Egusi soup that touches the soul, licking of screen is allowed" put your Instagram link below too.


- Pay Instagram influencer, you can pay Tundeednut (80k ) instablog9ja(90k) and other pages to do an ad post for you, this doesn't always bring many followers, doesn't justify the price
You can also pay instagram skit makers(comedians) to make short skits about your product page, prices range from 70k to like 500k if not more @maraji_ been the most expensive.


- Buy an Instagram page with followers already, there are markets where you can buy pages with 50K and above follower, note: most are hacked pages and also most will not be interested in your content

Lastly, to buy Instagram followers, register on fiveer.com, you will see a lot of people offering this for as low as 20$. it not always easy but when done right , it will be worth it . Goodluck

For starters, because I'm not much of a social media person, your suggestions look like a lot of work that would have to be passed on to a real professional to handle. You are welcome, you actually don't need a "professional", you can handle it. I have seen someone grow her thrift business page to 20k in 3months with the same method above. I'm sure you press your phone most of the time, you can aswell use that time, 2hrs daily will give you reasonable results.
