Our business is a fast growing digital currency exchange website operating out of Lagos, Nigeria.
Due to expansion, we require the services of a Legal officer to work on a Retainership with the company.

Job Status: Part time (Retainership)
Job description:
Assist in implementing a legal process for all company/business activities
Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment in the area of the company’s business
Advise and ensure the company complies with applicable rules and regulation.
Draft contracts, agreements and review internal policies and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements.
Ensure Clients compliance with relevant Regulatory Agencies.
Assist and advise the company during any period of dispute with clients, staff or other parties.
Perform other duties and responsibilities, as may be assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Must have Bachelor of Law Degree
Must have minimum of 1 year post NYSC relevant working experience
Age limit between 25 and 40 years of age
Must have good oral and writing skills
Must be a computer literate
Must be residing around Ikeja, Agege, Iju, Ojodu axis of Lagos.
