It went to Appeal Court, the same case was brought up, INEC again testifies the result sheets were forged and the Appeal Court Judge still went further that the result should be called out, and only APC and one other party's result were legible, the person calling the result said he couldn't see other party candidate's results clearly, so he was asked to call out Hopes results and total number of Hope's acclaimed vote exceeded total number of accredited voters and was still not enough to counter Ihedioha's total votes.


So don't let them fool you, this is pure coup by Buhari/APC led government.

okay i agreed with your analysis but the number of total votes declared by INEC was lower than the total accredited votes, and secondly are you saying the former governor did not rig in Mbaise zone of the state considering the nunber of local govt won by him out of all the local govt, his returned votes in 5 local local govt were more than total votes in other 15 local govt . just like yaya bello that won okene with more than 30000 votes

The thing about law is that of ihedioha's lawyer did not argue that, then there's nothing the judge can do....the judge can't give u want you didn't ask for...funny but true.

Nothing else could be done because we're hooked on a legal code imposed on us by Britain. This code plays down on morality or what's ethical but runs linearly from point A to Z which is the white man's way of thinking. Example: it tells you that because XYZ vs ABC had similar case in the past, therefore, its a yardstick for judging future cases, forgeting that the situation that warranted the previous judgement cannot always be the same. Forgetting that the previous case may have been a miscarriage of Justice. Nothing is ever a one-size-fit-all!!. As a result, we rationalize injustice such as this as justice because A LEGAL CODE WE INHERITED FROM FOREIGNERS SAYS SO.
I pity us on this continent.

We are locked down on the African continent and even education is not an escape route because its the very mechanism for the lock.

*(2)* The Supreme Court in its Judgement never referred to it as they are expected to .


*(3) The Supreme Court merely adopted and relied on the 1st two issues for determination raised by the appellant and entered Judgement.*


*(4)* INEC at the Tribunal up-to the Supreme Court disowned the election results from those polling units as elections were not held therein .



*(5) The Question that should have bothered the Supreme Court was "where did Mr Hope Uzodinma get those forms EC 8As, which was not tendered by INEC, rather was tendered through a policeman via subpoena?"*



*(6)* Can you talk about results from 388 polling units without presiding officers these polling units or witnesses from these polling units? No !



*(7) Did the petitioner call 388 presiding officers of these polling units or witnesses across these 388 polling units to render the said results? No !*



*(* Elections are conducted at the polling units and in a case like this, ingredients of prove or otherwise should be generated from these polling units and ought to be anchored on human witnesses.


*No matter how anyone try to defend this, it is a sad judgement for our Democracy.*

Sad that we must live with it, but for posterity sake, am making my position known on this matter .

It is about our Constitutional Democracy and not about anyone or party here !

Don't blame supreme court.

Blame INEC, for the monumental mess that was brought before the apex court.

If INEC claimed results in 318 polling units were forged, where was INEC whilst the forging was going on.

Supreme Court Justices are too busy for nonsense.

Please give us a credible news source that supports this version of the story. Why has Emeka's lawyers not spoken about this result sheet manipulation issue? All political parties agents at ward level are given results for each polling unit. Are you saying that PDP does not have copies of results in those polling units? Why did his lawyers not make this as the basis of their case at tribunal and appeal court? Are you aware that there was a minority judgement at the appeal court?

Tell me, how you explain a situation whereby APC lost all House Reps seat in Imo state, could not win a single seat in Imo state House of Rep, but miraculously won Governorship election despite being in total disarray in Imo state to the extent the incumbent governor who is their party leader worked against the APC candidate, coupled with Imo people's total hatred for APC based on Rochas and Buhari's woeful performances before 2019 general elections in southeast....so tell me, who voted the so called votes

And why were other parties not awarded a single vote in the so called 318 polling units Was it only APC candidate that contested the election in those polling units.


Buhari and APC have started a very terrible precedence in Nigerian politics that will destroy the little progress Nigeria made in democracy.
