Why are people not reading the full story . The survey was done for 73 countries on corruption index. Nigeria did not meet the cut because it is already ranked 144 on corruption index. So Ghana by far outperforms better than Nigeria on world corruption rating.

It's a US trustworthiness survey carried out in 73 countries.
Note that, Nigeria was not among the countries surveyed.

Besides, T. I hasn't released the 2019 corruption report yet.

The report from their website is still the 2018 report
