The ruling was very straightforward.

1) were the cancelled votes from 388 polling units lawfully cancelled?

There response from the supreme Court was NO because it was not cancelled by the collating officers. Besides the party agents already signed off on each result including PDP agents as proof the votes were counted on venue and did not contradict accredited vote numbers.

2. Ruling then implies that the votes be reinstated and thus giving Hope Uzodinma the leading vote count above every other candidate.

How can there be a mistake from such a ruling?
