Public notice to access bank and its management.

Hope you all had a nice day at work today. I just want to bring to your notice the loss of income and embarrassment your continued lack of quality service is causing me and my business. It is important to note that in this age of technology and the tangent the Nigerian banking system have achieved, small service inconsistencies do not tell well of a financial house of your standing.

It would be in your best interest to look into the consistent loss of service customers as myself continue to face while using your service online and in-branch particularly issues of transfers not reaching beneficiaries on time.

I don't have much to say abeg... I just know that it is not by force to be a bank if you can't render the services of one properly.

I have other accounts but its just unfortunate that transactions this period has to pass through them and they continue to make a mess of it all.

IMHO if the burden of a merger is too much, they should unburden it abeg... Its not by force na!

The race to become larger than the big 4 is almost futile in my opinion as the market is largely shifting towards technology.

I understand the feeling.
If I tell you what I suffered in their hands within this 30 days.
I will just rank them No 1 in poor service delivery.
