Nigeria is the only country in the world where one man is the president, the judiciary and the Parliament.

Bubu is the real CJN, that's why Onoghen was removed.

Yet the same man is lifeless, certificateless and brain dead shocked cool

Shut up he is very loved by the Benue people for standing up to the murderous Fulani
You are so wrong, it is people like you outside Benue who loves Ortom. Almost every body in Benue including his 'supporters' know he's a perfect definition of failure, but he won the election and may still remain there for some crazy reasons only we from Benue know, and for those reasons I don't think Jime is going to win, but I strongly hope he does.....
And reading through your comments I discovered you're all about this Party stuff bro, nobody cares what party he belongs to, he has always been and is still a failure.

FROM THE SUPREME COURT OF NIGERIA.
Jime vs Ortom

Justices : How many polling units has the APC pleaded?

Counsel to INEC: 610 polling units.

Justice : If the whole polling units are decided in favour of the APC ,will it change the course of the election? Will it have significant difference?

Counsel to INEC: No, it won't change anything, Governor Ortom will still win by majority of lawful votes cast.

Several Factors gave Ortom an advantage.

1) The Fulani Issue

2) Jime is from same Zone B (Minda) area as Ortom in Benue.

3)The Zone A (Sankera) people felt if they vote for Jime he will serve two tenures.

4) Jime is not a peoples man
If nt for rigging, Ortom wouldnt hv won. Ortom lost the people long ago. There was also a campaign that jimes wife was idoma

That's not enough reason to forcefully rob him of the mandate given to him by his people.

If you feel he's incompetent, then vote him out at the next opportunity.

It's sad, really sad that Buhari has bastardized our Judiciary to the point where people now think the Supreme Court has the power to remove a validly-elected Governor.

He was voted out but used the money
he owes workers to bribe INEC staff &
has been purchasing 'victory' in all the
various levels of the election tribunals.

His cup is full & after his loss today, he
will be in prison before the end of this
year.

LasgidiOnline:
The Supreme Court will today Tuesday 21st January 2019 hear the petition filed by the Benue State governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in the last election, Mr.Emmanuel Jime who is challenging the victory of Governor Samuel Ortom of the People Democratic Party, PDP.

Hearing of the suit was contained in a hearing notice sent to the parties in the matter by the Director of Litigation of the Apex Court.

According to the notice, the Supreme Court would on the same day hear the cross appeal filed by Governor Ortom.

LASGIDI ONLINE recalls that the appeal which was earlier scheduled to be heard on Monday, January 13, 2020 alongside those of Kano, Sokoto, Plateau, Bauchi and Imo States was later adjourned to Tuesday, January 14, 2020.

The Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Ibrahim Tanko Muhammad further adjourned hearing in the appeals for Benue, Plateau and Bauchi, saying, their appeals would elapse on January 26, 2020.

Since the shift in date, supporters of both parties and candidates have in the last few days taken to the social media to dish out analysis as to why the ruling of the court would swing in the favour.

Who do you think will win at the Apex Court today?

Ortom may not be performing up to expectations but for standing up vehemently against the hienous agenda of the callous fulanis,I want him to remain n consolidate on the resistance, the effect of allowing the fulanis to take hold of benue is too dangerous to contemplate,by whatever method jime lost the elections,in fact jime/Apc also did engaged in malpractices, jime was even reported to have been arrested on election day for electoral offences, jime is certainly going to be a stooge as he can not be given the governorship without preconditions,Akume is really a big disgrace.

We will patiently be waiting.........

After Supreme court's ruling,
No other court on earth can rule.

Until we all meet in God's court after death!
So if you know how to support and do good to other people, keep doing good,
and if wickedness is your hobby and you love doing bad things to others, continue also.
Posterity will judge us all in the last day.

No be curse.
Na FACT!

God bless Nigeria.
Many times, the court of heaven rules in the matter of those who are alive o.... eg Samuel Doe, Moammar Gaddafi, Saddam Hussein, Hosni Mubarak , Osama bin laden, Robert Mugabe, Mobutu Sese Seko etc. NO MAN CAN BE GOD. EVER.

Breaking News: Supreme Court affirms Ortom election
he Supreme Court on Tuesday affirmed the election of Governor Samuel Ortom of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) as the validly elected governor of Benue State.

In dismissing the appeal filed by the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Emmanuel Jime, as lacking in merit, Justice Sylvester Ngwuta, who read the unanimous judgment, held that he agreed with the submissions of respondents the concurrent findings of the two courts ought not to be dismissed.

The appellant had contested the return of Ortom of the PDP by the National Independent Electoral Commission (INEC) on the grounds of substantial noncompliance with the provisions of Electoral Act, 2010 as amended.

The petitioner alleged in his petition that Ortom was not duly elected by the majority of lawful votes cast.

The APC governorship candidate also challenged the results declared in Buruku, Gboko, Guma, Gwer East, Gwer West, Konshisha, Kwande, Logo, Ukum, Ushongo and Vandeikya.

He, therefore, asked the election petition tribunal to either declare him the winner of the March 2019 governorship election in Benue or nullify Ortom’s election and order the conduct of a fresh election in the state.

Jime appealed to the apex court after his petition was unanimously dismissed at the tribunal and the Court of Appeal for lacking in merit.
