If you are being true to yourself, the question you need to ask is who among the major ethnic group in the south have been in bed since 1960?

The Igbos have always been in coalition with the north from first republic to third republic, the question is why are you blaming Yoruba for doing the same just once?

The Yorubas (Ademulegun, Obasanjo, Awo and Banjo) by their tribalistic tricks and half truths made the north take over Nigeria and Yoruba land after the counter coup of 1966, for economic gains against the East. The East, Middle Belt and others did the nadeco uprising and Ekwueme was the leader of anti military in G14, but for power, the Yorubas forgot the battle for democracy and the dangers posed by the north anointing a president and rooted for we must take power, hence allowing the military back. Yet, when restructuring became an issue Obasanjo was more interested in a third tenure, instead of making Nigeria more equitable. When, by Providence, Jonathan became the head of state it was a Yoruba leader who went for a pact with Fulanis to unseat him. Now, the fuse about disintegration has been opposed by the Yoruba media groups for over two years. I therefore suspect this treachery in talking about breakup because any group can only trust you at their own peril. If we say let Nigeria break today (Yoruba, ijaw, tiv, Igbo, igala, middle belt etc) nobody can stop it. The only problem is the treacherousness of the Yorubas.
