Job Description

1. Prepare the profit and loss report monthly
2. Prepare daily sales report of all the revenue outlets
3. put strict controls in place to curb and discourage theft
4. prepare staff payroll
5. Audit Purchase
6. Advice on current accounting trends in the industry
7. Minimize wastage of the barest minimum
8. Assist in portioning of kitchen items for maximum profitability
9. Assist in preparing budget and business planning/forecast
10. Regular spot checks on the activities of the cashiers, barman, chef and storekeeper
11. Involve in recieving items supplied
12. Reconcile Payments from all revenue outlets
13. Reconcile payments with the bank
14. Daily stock taking and reconcilation with the store keeper, kitchen, bar and restaurant
15. Follow up on credit customers/invoices
16. Report any suspected case of fraud to the management without bias
17. Assist in costing of the menu
