A competent Team Lead in Quality Control is urgently needed. The candidate will support the quality control senior supervisor in planning, organizing and recommend strategies in ensuring that the product is developed successfully, in accordance with all specifications the candidate will provide guidance for inspectors and coordinate process events as well as product quality check and development.

Job Title: Team Lead, Quality Control
Location: Agbara, Ogun State
Job Type: 1 year Contract (Renewable) – Full Time

Job Description

• To provide guidance for inspectors, coordinate process events, escalation of non-conformance to supervisor
• Validate product batch formulation accuracy
• Enforce compliance to cGMP, 5s for all process areas
• Coordinate communication between laboratory and online feedback of in-process quality check parameters
• Keeping track of inspectors under your own shift and training of new inspectors.


Education Requirement

• BA/BSc/HND in Applied Science, Business Administration or relevant field is required.

Experience and skills requirements

At least 2 years of work experience in a manufacturing industry
• Good level of English language proficiency
• Computer skills are an asset
• Ability to multi task
• Good leadership skill
• Attention to details
• Committed, organized, candid, flexible and can adapt to different situation in managing people.
