The renowned herbal medicine pharmacist, Alhaji Fatai Yusuf popularly known as "Oko Oloyun" has been reportedly shot dead.
The popular herbal medicine practitioner was said to have been shot dead along Abeokuta_ Iseyin Road in Oyo state earlier, but the news reaching us now says he's not dead, though shot.
Oko Oloyun
is presently responding to treatment at an undisclosed health facility. We pray for speedy recovery for the tradomedical pharmacist, the manufacturer of Fijk,Pakurumo etc
This is a rude shock which sent fears down the spines of association of trado medical practitioners. It is yet to be established if it is a case of armed robbery or the work of assassins.
The incidence coming at the wake of Yoruba States clamoring for security outfits to monitor her roads, cities, villages even her street truly tell us that we need it urgently and strongly.
We need it to safe guard our lives and properties. We need it to be able to sleep at night with our eyes closed,we need it to walk our streets freely,we need it to go to our various farms without fear in our hearts,we need it to travel our roads with peace of mind.
We simply need it.
Let's pray for this great man to recover. Let's pray for Yoruba States to get her security outfit.....yes police are working, but the rise in the insecurities now demand for expansion in the security personnels to combat the rise in the insecurities head on.
May we do what is right at the right time.
