If your state of origin is Rivers State and you have a valid means of identification, quickly head to the State Secretariat unfailingly on Monday, 27/01/2020.

At that venue, please ask questions and you will be directed to the office(s) in charge. More so, you will see other people that came for the same purpose. I am sure you will be guided on the registration. However go in good time to avoid crowd issue...

I got the announcement on Radio today and going to the secretariat is one of the options available for this special intervention.
