Likely a case of murder.

My weak logic:
1. How could he alone be drinking with two glass cups at the same time? Someone was there with him.

2. How could he have kept his crutches far away from his bed?

3. He was obviously reading/writing on the bed. So how could he have been writing (perhaps the suicide note) on the table at the same time? Note, a pen on the bed and on the table.

Murder.
His clutches are far from him ,and come he was able to kick the stool with his disabled legs?

Two cups on the table ,still well positioned!

Someone was writing on the bed and someone was writing on the table too.

There's a well folded shirt on the bed he prolly wanted to wear out.

Not sure any suicidal person will care if they're wearing a Knicker or trouser to death.

How does someone with crutches climb up a stool unaided? This is murder carried out by mroe than pne person because it will need at least two persons to lift him that high.

I suggest the lover in the picture got tired of living with an handicapped person who refused to give her a divorce, so she arranged with her lover to murder the husband.
