Airtel charged me 50 naira for sms without sending any sms.i did nt receive any sms either..I called airtel and they told me its from apple not them.. Am surprised how apple will charge me 50 naira for sms (without sending any sms)or are my using apple network or airtel 1 Like

I've been charged consistently since Saturday for about 7 times now. I've called the customer care and was told it's System Error and it will be rectified. Up till this morning (today is Wednesday), money is still being deducted. No body to hold responsible unless I have to use up my airtime now. It's really pathetic! |
