With close proximity to int'l brewery,nestle, Honeywell & an acres of arable land this man has no reason to sell his farm,with his own feedmill & brewery waste ,goldenmorn waste,wheat offal from those companies gives him an hedge to produce d cheapest poultry feeds for his chickens & others, that farm is sitting on a gold mine zone.
That is d best area to do broilers,layers & piggery.
